    测定BOD的用途是什么

    ◆BOD可(ke)反(fan)映污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)被有(you)机(ji)物(wu)污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)染的(de)(de)(de)程度(du)(du),污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中所(suo)含有(you)机(ji)物(wu)越多,则(ze)(ze)消耗氧(yang)量(liang)(liang)亦(yi)越多,BOD数(shu)值(zhi)(zhi)也越高,反(fan)之亦(yi)然。因此它是(shi)(shi)污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)质(zhi)指标中极(ji)为重要的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)(yi)个(ge)。尽(jin)管测定(ding)BOD需时(shi)(shi)(shi)较(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)长、数(shu)据(ju)不(bu)及(ji)时(shi)(shi)(shi),但BOD指标带(dai)有(you)综合(he)性——综合(he)反(fan)映有(you)机(ji)物(wu)总量(liang)(liang),模拟性——模仿(fang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)体(ti)自净。因此很(hen)难(nan)用(yong)其(qi)他指标来代替。  对于污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)处(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)来说,该(gai)指标的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)途为: a.反(fan)映污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)有(you)机(ji)物(wu)浓度(du)(du)。如(ru)进(jin)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)有(you)机(ji)物(wu)浓度(du)(du),出厂(chang)(chang)(chang)污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)有(you)机(ji)物(wu)浓度(du)(du)。城(cheng)市污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)处(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)进(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)BOD5一(yi)(yi)(yi)般可(ke)达150~350mg/L。  b.用(yong)以表(biao)示污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)处(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)(de)处(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)效果(guo)。进(jin)、出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)BOD5的(de)(de)(de)减(jian)差(cha)除以进(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)BOD5即为该(gai)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)(de)BOD5去(qu)除率,是(shi)(shi)重要的(de)(de)(de)指标。  c.污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)处(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)(de)去(qu)除总量(liang)(liang)与出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)BOD5,表(biao)示了在(zai)(zai)污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)处(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)总的(de)(de)(de)处(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)能力与对水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)体(ti)环境的(de)(de)(de)影响(xiang)量(liang)(liang)。  d.用(yong)来计(ji)算处(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)构筑物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)运(yun)转参数(shu),如(ru)曝气池的(de)(de)(de)污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)负荷(he)BOD5kg(MISS)或容积负荷(he)BOD5kg/(m3/d)。  e.反(fan)映污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)处(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)运(yun)转的(de)(de)(de)技术经济(ji)数(shu)据(ju),如(ru)除去(qu)每kgBOD耗用(yong)电(dian)量(liang)(liang)(度(du)(du)),去(qu)除每kgBOD5需要的(de)(de)(de)空气量(liang)(liang)。  f.衡(heng)量(liang)(liang)污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)可(ke)生(sheng)(sheng)化程度(du)(du),当BOD5/COD大(da)于0.3时(shi)(shi)(shi),说明污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)可(ke)以进(jin)行生(sheng)(sheng)化处(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)。小于0.3时(shi)(shi)(shi),则(ze)(ze)难(nan)以生(sheng)(sheng)化处(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)。比值(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)(zai)0.5~0.6时(shi)(shi)(shi),生(sheng)(sheng)化过程很(hen)容易(yi)进(jin)行。 ◆由此可(ke)见,测定(ding)BOD5的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)处(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)很(hen)大(da),它是(shi)(shi)污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)处(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)重要的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)(yi)个(ge)测定(ding)项目(mu)。但测定(ding)所(suo)需时(shi)(shi)(shi)间较(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)长,不(bu)能及(ji)时(shi)(shi)(shi)出数(shu)据(ju)。COD的(de)(de)(de)化验反(fan)映污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中有(you)机(ji)物(wu)被氧(yang)化剂氧(yang)化所(suo)需氧(yang)量(liang)(liang),它的(de)(de)(de)数(shu)据(ju)值(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)近于全(quan)部有(you)机(ji)物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)需氧(yang)量(liang)(liang)。因此它也有(you)较(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)大(da)用(yong)处(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu),而且(qie)COD测定(ding)时(shi)(shi)(shi)简短(duan),一(yi)(yi)(yi)般城(cheng)市污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)COD﹥BOD,如(ru)果(guo)污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中有(you)机(ji)物(wu)种类变化较(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)少,则(ze)(ze)COD与BOD有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)相互关系,因此就可(ke)用(yong)当天的(de)(de)(de)COD来预测BOD5值(zhi)(zhi)。  ◆根据(ju)各城(cheng)市污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)处(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)(de)运(yun)转数(shu)据(ju),通常SS与BOD5在(zai)(zai)数(shu)值(zhi)(zhi)上大(da)致相仿(fang)或者略(lve)为高些。如(ru)上海各污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)处(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)(de)SS比BOD5在(zai)(zai)数(shu)值(zhi)(zhi)上平均高出50mg/L左右。  ◆在(zai)(zai)进(jin)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中如(ru)发现BOD5与SS成倍(bei)增(zeng)长,则(ze)(ze)可(ke)能有(you)高浓度(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)有(you)机(ji)废水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)流入或者粪(fen)便大(da)量(liang)(liang)进(jin)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)。这(zhei)样将会(hui)增(zeng)加(jia)处(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)负荷(he)。使(shi)处(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)效率降低,甚至(zhi)还会(hui)阻塞管道,必须(xu)追查(cha)原因,采取(qu)措施。

    生(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)(hua)需氧(yang)(yang)(yang)量(liang)(liang):(简称(cheng)BOD)是指在(zai)有(you)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)条件下(xia),水(shui)(shui)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)微生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)分(fen)解(jie)有(you)机(ji)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)时所需要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)量(liang)(liang)。它是一种间接表示有(you)机(ji)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)污(wu)染(ran)程度的(de)(de)(de)(de)指标,有(you)机(ji)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)(hua)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)分(fen)解(jie)通常有(you)二个阶(jie)段(duan)(duan),一阶(jie)段(duan)(duan)主要(yao)(yao)是含(han)(han)碳有(you)机(ji)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua),称(cheng)为(wei)碳化(hua)(hua)阶(jie)段(duan)(duan),约(yue)需20天(tian)才(cai)能完成。二阶(jie)段(duan)(duan)主要(yao)(yao)是含(han)(han)氮有(you)机(ji)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)、称(cheng)为(wei)硝化(hua)(hua)阶(jie)段(duan)(duan),约(yue)需100天(tian)才(cai)能完成。在(zai)公认(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)情况下(xia),一般(ban)标准(zhun)做法(fa)是在(zai)20℃温(wen)度下(xia),培(pei)养5天(tian),进行测(ce)定(ding)(ding),测(ce)得(de)数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)据称(cheng)为(wei)五(wu)日(ri)生(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)(hua)需氧(yang)(yang)(yang)量(liang)(liang)。简称(cheng)BOD5,因此(ci)BOD5表示部分(fen)含(han)(han)碳有(you)机(ji)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)分(fen)解(jie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)需氧(yang)(yang)(yang)量(liang)(liang),生(sheng)(sheng)活污(wu)水(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)BOD5应约(yue)在(zai)70%左(zuo)右。 五(wu)日(ri)生(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)(hua)需氧(yang)(yang)(yang)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)测(ce)定(ding)(ding),是取原水(shui)(shui)样(yang)(yang)或经过适当(dang)(dang)稀(xi)(xi)(xi)释(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)样(yang)(yang),使(shi)其(qi)含(han)(han)有(you)足够的(de)(de)(de)(de)溶解(jie)氧(yang)(yang)(yang),以满足五(wu)日(ri)生(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)(hua)需氧(yang)(yang)(yang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求,将(jiang)此(ci)水(shui)(shui)样(yang)(yang)分(fen)成二份,一份测(ce)得(de)当(dang)(dang)天(tian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)溶解(jie)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)含(han)(han)量(liang)(liang),而将(jiang)另(ling)一份放入20℃培(pei)养箱(xiang)内(nei),培(pei)养5天(tian)后(hou)(hou)再测(ce)定(ding)(ding)其(qi)溶解(jie)含(han)(han)量(liang)(liang),两者(zhe)之差乘上稀(xi)(xi)(xi)释(shi)(shi)倍数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)即为(wei)BOD5。 BOD5测(ce)定(ding)(ding)过程中,正确选(xuan)择(ze)稀(xi)(xi)(xi)释(shi)(shi)倍数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)至(zhi)关重要(yao)(yao)。通常认(ren)为(wei),选(xuan)择(ze)的(de)(de)(de)(de)稀(xi)(xi)(xi)释(shi)(shi)倍数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)应使(shi)经过稀(xi)(xi)(xi)释(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)样(yang)(yang)在(zai)20℃恒温(wen)箱(xiang)内(nei)培(pei)养5天(tian)后(hou)(hou),它的(de)(de)(de)(de)溶解(jie)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)减少在(zai)20%~80%时较为(wei)适当(dang)(dang)。但是,有(you)时常因BOD5的(de)(de)(de)(de)稀(xi)(xi)(xi)释(shi)(shi)倍数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)掌握不当(dang)(dang)造成数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)值(zhi)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)误差,甚至(zhi)稀(xi)(xi)(xi)释(shi)(shi)倍数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)太小而得(de)不到BOD5的(de)(de)(de)(de)数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)据。

    悬浮固体(SS)
